La Brochellerie

Nestled in the Mayenne countryside, halfway between Laval and Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, La Brochellerie is housed in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse at the heart of a one-hectare estate. Its 140 m² reception room can accommodate up to 120 seated guests, complemented by a covered courtyard featuring an outdoor bar and centuries-old oak trees, ideal for outdoor ceremonies. The venue offers everything needed for a hassle-free event: fifteen beds spread across separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one adapted for guests with reduced mobility, as well as a heated swimming pool. This self-contained, rural setting is ideal for weddings, birthdays, seminars and large family celebrations alike.
